Our youth producers go through an intensive 2 year training process to make sure YOU get creative solutions for all of your media needs. While you get beautiful photos and videos, you also make sure every youth receives a paycheck for their work, intensive training and support with a focus on resilience, social emotional learning, 21st century skills, mentorship, and a safe and supportive learning environment.

Beyond Creative is part of the Transformative Culture Project (TCP), which harnesses the economic power of creative arts for youth and community development. Using a social justice lens, TCP does this through youth jobs training, employment and professional development, the employment of local artists to teach its transformative culture curriculum in schools, and the incubation and support of innovative arts-based organizations.
